    • Recruiting support: Marketing, sourcing and screening for 3-5 open positions.

    • Review and provide strategic oversight for recruiting/sourcing on all current open jobs.

    • Provide hiring managers with guidance, recommendations, best practice advice, and frameworks to maintain a streamlined interview/hiring process during the transition.

    • Assist with the strategy, recruitment, onboarding and training for the permanent hire to ensure a smooth transition.
