Use AI on the busywork. Keep people on the decisions.

Live, hands-on training for recruiters, HR teams and small business leaders, in person or virtual. You practice on a working AI tool, with clear rules on bias, disclosure and where a person has to decide.

Based in Massachusetts? If your company has 100 or fewer Massachusetts employees, the state may cover the cost of AI in Recruiting.

Tracy Westcott has recruited for more than 15 years and runs Talent Track, an embedded recruiting firm in the Boston suburbs.

Who this is for

Recruiters, talent acquisition and HR generalists, hiring managers, and small business leaders.

No AI experience needed for AI in Recruiting.

AI doing the busywork, not the judgment calls.

Most AI training teaches you which buttons to push. Then you go back to the same broken process with a faster way to push them.

Our AI in Recruiting course rebuilds the process itself. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring decisions, redesigned around AI, with a human on every decision from day one.

You practice on a sample case company, using a working AI tool to build tailored interview questions from a sample resume.
